NEWS: Contract with GDF SUEZ Energie Nederland
Itineris signed a contract with GDF SUEZ Energie Nederland for the delivery of the UMAX™ business solution for utilities. The UMAX™ solution will support GDF SUEZ in the Netherlands in the management of its B2C and B2B customer portfolios.
18th of April 2013 Deurle (BE) - Itineris, the company behind the UMAX™ utility business solution, is proud to announce that it has signed a contract for the delivery of the UMAX™ business solution for utilities at GDF SUEZ in the Netherlands. With the signing of a contract with Itineris, the GDF SUEZ Energie Nederland Marketing & Sales department took an important step towards the realization of its ambitious plans for the future. The UMAX™ solution will replace the current system, which in many cases no longer meets the requirements of GDF SUEZ Energie Nederland.

NEWS: And the ‘Young ICT lady of the year’ winner is… Karen De Smet
Brussels/Deurle, 8 February 2012 – Karen De Smet, UMAX project manager at Itineris, was elected and awarded ‘Young ICT Lady of the year’ during the ‘She goes ICT’ competition organized by Datanews.
From the start of the election Karen competed with 27 talented and ambitious candidates and in the finals she contended with Katty Verresen from RealDolmen and Mercedes Diaz from Accenture. After being grilled by the jury, she took home the title of ‘Young ICT lady of the year’ during the award ceremony on the 7th of February 2013 in Brussels.
Karen is the project manager at E.ON, where she successfully implemented the Itineris’ UMAX solution for utility suppliers together with her team of Itineris consultants.

NEWS: Itineris awarded 'Most Promising Company 2012' in Belgium
Brussels/Deurle, 23 October 2012 – Itineris is happy to announce that it was elected and has been awarded “Most Promising Company 2012” by Ernst & Young and received the award, yesterday evening, from Flemish Minister-President Kris Peeters.
The award from the Flemish government for the most promising company has now been handed out seven times. It is the Flemish government’s way of rewarding a business that has clearly proven itself over the recent years and has considerable potential for growth.
All nominated companies met the selection criteria specified by the professional jury, which was led by Mr. Geert Noels, and are all rapidly-growing businesses in full development. The list of previous winners includes Skyline Communications, Clear2Pay, Financial Architects, Transics en Televic.
Geert Noels, the chairman of the jury, declared: “The jury chose Itineris as the winner of the award from the Flemish government for the most promising company because of its solid performance as a new starter with sufficient promising projects for the future. This Flemish technology company has succeeded in achieving substantial success in a very short time. It now has enough critical mass for the next stage in its growth.”
“Of course, young and strong growing businesses have many points of interest to focus on and deal with a number of challenges. The management is awar of this and has convinced the jury that Itineris has a promising future. Furthermore, their story of entrepreneurship deserves support, and it can serve as an example to other young entrepreneurs in Flanders,” said Geert Noels.

NEWS: Flemish water board (VMW) chooses to extend its contract for 5 years!
Now that Metering Billing/CRM 2012 is taking place in Amsterdam, Itineris is pleased to announce that the Flemish Water Board (Vlaamse Maatschappij voor Watervoorziening or VMW) has chosen to extend its contract with the software- and IT-consultinggroup for another 5 years. This means that VMW will continue to use Itineris’ UMAX solution for its customer management system as well as the corresponding Itineris IT services (infrastructure management, support of critical business processes, printer management, etc.).

NEWS: Successful go live of UMAX at E.ON – The Netherlands
As of Friday the 13th of July 2012, the B2B segment of E.ON - The Netherlands went live with the UMAX solution for utility suppliers.
This go-live is the first step in the implementation of an overall project at E.ON NL, whereby all B2B clients will be operated and serviced, through one integrated business solution (UMAX) which, at the same time, is fully compliant with the new Dutch market model (SOW²), applicable from April 1st 2013 onwards.
Besides the need to comply with the changes imposed by the Dutch regulator, E.ON NL launched this initiative to simplify its IT architecture, to reduce the number of applications and to consolidate to one integrated IT platform, in this case: UMAX.
As of Monday 16th of July 2012 an initial selection of B2B customers is being serviced out of UMAX. Further B2B clients will be migrated from the existing legacy systems to the integrated UMAX platform, while at E.ON business runs as usual…
