Before starting to work at Itineris, I only had some experience with programming in .net. At the time, I never had heard anything about Microsoft Dynamics AX. Now, 2 years later, I am responsible for the technical supervision of a group of 10 colleagues. I think that I’m a good example that if you are 100% committed Itineris gives you all the support and means you need to reach your goal.
The opportunities I have received since I work for Itineris were unimaginable 2 years ago when I just started at this company. It really surpassed all my expectations.
The large responsibility and complexity you have to deal with on projects are an absolute benefit for increasing your experience and quickly promote you to an expert in your area.

I was hired as a test consultant at Itineris in 2008. Although I had the possibility to start at another and larger company, I am glad that I have chosen for Itineris. The expectations which I had during the recruitment period have been all redeemed - firstly as a test consultant, later as functional consultant. In both functions I always received the trust and freedom to plan my own tasks. I can work for large international projects and taking initiatives has always been stimulated by Itineris. Thereby, I can count on an attractive remuneration package (including extra legal advantages). In addition, the utilities sector is a very interesting sector with many possibilities and thanks to (internal and external) training I manage to develop myself to become a professional consultant in the utilities sector.
Because Itineris realizes that you have to ease off sometimes, the company organizes team-events and company-events on a regular basis, what contributes to a great team spirit. The colleagues at Itineris are more than simply colleagues. We frequently meet each other after the working hours to have some fun together.
